Intro:
Beginning level for those new to yoga or to the Iyengar method.
Classes introduce beginning students to the fundamentals
of posture and breath. Many students repeat this class.
Ageless:
Ageless students are strong in spirit but have special physical needs. The poses are modified and the class moves at a slower pace. Journey
to a Healthy Back:
This series is specifically designed for those with back challenges. It is not appropriate for anyone with acute injuries.
Level 1:
For students who have taken at least one session of Intro.
Work will continue on standing poses, basic seated poses, backbends and twists. Inversions will be introduced.
Level 2:
For continuing students who are strong in standing poses, and can do shoulderstand with confidence. Headstand, full arm balance, and backbends are practiced at this level.
Level 3:
For dedicated students with some personal practice who
have a clear understanding of how to work with their specific
needs, and can move at a faster pace. The Yoga Sutras are introduced at this level.
Private Classes:
Private classes are available for individuals and groups.
