Weather Class Cancellation Policy Classes will be cancelled due

Appropriate Clothing What to wear? Please dress modestly: shorts or footless tights and t-shirts.
Baggy clothes obscure alignment. Please do not wear baggy clothes, dangling jewelry,
perfume, or scents to class. Visible knees and bare feet are essential. Be prepared
to work barefoot. Feet should be clean. There is space available to change clothes
at the studio.
Best Not To Eat Just Before Class It is best not to eat less than two hours before class begins.
On Time Please avoid being late. Classes start on time. Please arrive a few minutes early
to allow time to change clothes and get settled before class starts.
